Yesterdays session went like this... marcus and I worked through day 19 of the PCP workout... Few minutes break after then we worked through about 3-4 different punch kick combos 2min round rotations, then did 3 rounds of sparring... sparring was at about 50percent of full... Not sure if marcus would agree on 50perent...
You're a blogging machine dude! Tell us more about the sparring stuff, I'm really interested in how training and fighting go together.
